You won’t believe it. 6 days and today I weighed in at 130! 5lbs away from my goal! And for the first time in my adult life I’m wearing size 2 jeans! My body isn’t perfect …. Not even close but this is a great step into a new year and a healthy lifestyle. I can’t wait to get into the gym! 8 more days of detox left!
#1- No surprise its blueberries! super delicious and packed with amazing vitamins!
#2- Garlic. may not make you very kissable but the affect it has on your body is well worth it.
#3- my personal favorite,…. Mushrooms!
#4- Oats, very filling and very healthy
#5-Ginger, nothing beats fresh ginger lemon tea.
#6- Flaxseeds!
#7-Dark Dark Chocolate! my personal fav… yumm!!!!
#8-Kale! not just for plate decor. it might not be at the top or even the bottom of your list but it should be. high in vitamins and fiber.
#9- Turmeric… im sad about this one because while this spice has cancer fighting properties… i am deathly allergic. sad day.
#10- green tea!
